This combines Shimadzu Biotech, Proteome Systems and Sigma-Aldrich into a single force focused on providing integrated practical solutions for life science. The three companies are working together to provide quality core products that meet the demands of life scientists - from front-end chemicals to protein identification and informatics.
Other key relationships that have been formed include the multi-million dollar agreement between Network Biosystems (GenoMEMS) and Shimadzu Corporation to develop the world’s first chip based DNA analyser.
