Web based data review for LC/MS. Click on a sample position on the autosampler to show the associated meta data including MS, UV, PDA, ELSD and analog channels (to accelerate data review simply use the arrow keys on the key board to browse through the data set).

Web browser shows associated data streams for each sample including 		 
 
LC/MS data shown for mass directed fraction collection in a web browser
LC/MS data shown for High throughput screening in a web browser
  • LC chromatogram (this can be a single or multiple wavelength or analog channel)
  • MS chromatogram (including polarity switching and fragmentation support)
  • MS spectrum (simply click on each MS peak to show the associated background corrected MS spectrum)
  • PDA chromatogram (select the appropriate wavelength)
  • PDA spectrum (shows the PDA spectrum for each peak)
  • Autosampler plate sample selector and purity assignment (color coded as a measure of sample purity)
  • Fraction Collector plate (shows the location of each fraction collected - it is highlighted for each sample)
